Hermit
Hermit refers to someone who lives in solitude, but in the monastery community, it refers to monks who focus on ascetic practice. We hope that all those who stay in Pilgrim House will have the heart of a monk and gain spiritual benefits. We named the cafeteria Hermit Restaurant in hopes that the meal time would also be full of such grace.
